Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentations
Instructions for Oral Presentations
The presentation should be prepared in Microsoft Office PowerPoint (2003 onwards).
Presenter should report to the Speaker Preparation Center where a technician will assist him/her in uploading the presentation to a server. It is recommended that this be done at least 24 hours prior to the presentation (or as soon as possible on Saturday - up to 17.00 - or early on Sunday, for those who will be speaking on Sunday). The presentations will then be indexed by date, name and meeting room and will be available on the desktop in the meeting room where the presentation will take place.
Each presenting author has 15 min for the presentation, to be followed by 5 min Q & A.
Instructions for Poster Presentations

The Congress logo may be downloaded here and placed on the right hand corner of the poster (recommended size: 70 mm x 70 mm, without border).
Posters should be attached to the poster boards with double sided tape to be provided by the Organizers.
On the day of presentation, the poster must be mounted between 8:30 to 9:00. It will be on display the whole day. Locate poster space by the poster code. The presenting author should be present during the two poster sessions (13:30-14:30, 18:00-19:00).
