Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentations

Instructions for Oral Presentations

The presentation should be prepared in Microsoft Office PowerPoint (2003 onwards).

Presenter should report to the Speaker Preparation Center where a technician will assist him/her in uploading the presentation to a server. It is recommended that this be done at least 24 hours prior to the presentation (or as soon as possible on Saturday - up to 17.00 - or early on Sunday, for those who will be speaking on Sunday). The presentations will then be indexed by date, name and meeting room and will be available on the desktop in the meeting room where the presentation will take place.

Each presenting author has 15 min for the presentation, to be followed by 5 min Q & A.
